Information about the command:

This command will add a user with the access level of 5. This command can only be used by a BotServ Staff Member. If you wish to view the current users with level 5 access please refer to WLIST. If for some reason you have lost your access in your channel or wish to add another owner to a channel or your owner is no longer with you, please contact someone in #BotServ

Syntax:
